## Brand Usage Restrictions

The following restrictions apply when using Utah Valley University brand assets:

- Always maintain the original aspect ratio. Never pull the logo from the sides or top to fit a space.
- Only use the approved logo in UVU Green, Black, or White. Do not apply gradients, shadows, or unapproved colors to the mark.
- Do not rotate the logo or place it on a busy background that compromises legibility.
- Do not move the "UVU" monogram in relation to the "Utah Valley University" wordmark. The spatial relationship is fixed.
- Do not combine the Wolverine head (Athletics) with the institutional "UVU" monogram (Academic) to create a new hybrid logo.
